We offer three different starting packages for use when implementing our unitop solutions. These are tailored to the requirements of your organization or company and help you proceed with the digitalization of your internal processes.
Small but perfectly formed
Starting package S
We make the database available to you and you handle the setup using the detailed instructions provided. These instructions will provide you with support throughout the various steps – from installing the database and the unitop solution and configuring the purchasing and sales processes right through to the training options you require. Data import is also taken into account and is possible as part of the process.
Starting package S includes the basic licence package. After two to three hours, you will be in a position to map your first processes.
Our recommendation
Starting package M
With package M, you also acquire an allocation of setup and training resources, in addition to your database. Specially selected GOB employees will set up and install the database. This work can either be undertaken on site or remotely.
Apart from the basic licence package, starting package M also includes the OPplus add-on. OPplus provides you with numerous functions for importing and exporting payments. You can use this to raise your financial accounting to a new level.
The most comprehensive package
Starting package L
Starting package L is the most comprehensive: it contains packages S and M plus additional functions. With starting package L, we will take care of the installation and setup of your unitop product. In addition to the basic licence package and OPplus, we will also install the document and communications centre for you. With this centre, you can create and send documents. You will also receive the basic setup of a DMS. In addition, there is the “extended order processing“ add-on.
Last but not least: This package also includes an allowance for consultancy, so if you have any questions or if any unexpected problems occur, you will receive support from GOB free of charge.
