GOB service portal: Creating a ticket & reporting a fault

The best way to report any faults and make sure they are rectified promptly is by sending us an e-mail at ticket@serviceportal.gob.de. Alternatively, you can also generate a ticket via the GOB service portal of course. Only that way can we reproduce the incident without delay and rectify it.

Response time & availability

You can use the GOB service portal at any time of the day or night. 
During our normal working hours (Mondays to Fridays from 08.00 to 16.45 CET), the standard response time is 4 hours. Our service team will deal with your ticket according to how urgent it is.
